British Institute of Provocative Therapy
| "Phil Jeremiah and Brian Kaplan are two highly effective, warm-hearted clinicians with an overriding commitment to patients' welfare. They are linked by one thought that the tragic mask alone is an insufficient representation of our lives. These guys are funny, and their surreal celebration of life's absurdities provokes patients' laughter, the sound of victory." (Frank Farrelly) | ||

Phil is Director of Training for the British
Institute of Provocative Therapy.
He is a Senior Psychiatric Social Worker with a successful private psychotherapy
practice, and has many years of experience as a psychotherapy trainer.
In particular, he conducts psychotherapy training seminars for Psychiatric
Social Workers and others in the Psychiatric Service, and was for some years
working as a tutor, training student hypnotherapists.
Dr. Kaplan
is President of the British
Institute of Provocative Therapy.
He has been in professional medical
practice for 20 years and studied
orthodox medicine, homeopathy, acupuncture
and other natural therapies. He
has been passionate about the powerful
effects of provocative therapy since
his original training with Frank
Farrelly in 1996, and he continues
to have regular contact with him.
Hephzibah
Kaplan is an untitled unrecognised persona
non grata. Otherwise known as 'the
wife of Brian' she has done very little
in developing BIPT. She has not contributed
in any way to education strategy or
training; and she is rarely seen behind
a video camera recording hours and hours
of Provocative Therapy at training
seminars. However, she has the cheek
to call herself a Provocative
Art Therapist. | ||
